#1 ... what's on paper sounds nice, but that's about where it ends.
#2 ... the "working definition" of a liberal is centered around their belief they know better about what is good for "those people" (whoever they are at the moment) and
using or creating government "tools" to "provide" what is best for "those people," which necessarily results in government control to qualify for the "provisions" and disburse the "provisions" of the "entitlement."
Think the ACA. The show case of LIBERALISM.
To provide "health care coverage" for around 11 million people (in reality) fuck up the health care system and coverage for the other 280+ million people. The LIBERAL problem is to get it passed there had to be so many "EXCEPTIONS" to its application that it has created a two/three tiered health care system.
But that is the foundation of the application of liberal thinking: "I know better what is good for everyone else, and me, so do as I say and not as I do." [Robert Kennedy, Jr., driving around the country in a Mercedes SUV telling everyone that "bug vehicles" generate air pollution that CREATES global warming! Or Al Gore and his "carbon elephant print" preaching the same shit!] What kind of "health coverage" do they have?
