I don't agree with asking for a partial or full refund. If I made the appoint. I pay for the time whether I perform or not.

Have any of you ask for refund from the movie theater for a movie you wanted to see but didn't like? I think it's the same circumstance. It was my choice.

But on the flip side, if she is advertising GFE or PSE, and that experience is not fullfilled, she needs to offer at least a partial refund to be fair.

refund??? lol good luck trying...

communication is key... i also would like to know if you told her about this up front. She may have felt like u were not really into it who knows... maybe you would be better off talking to her directly about this.

Bubba,

You seem pretty good at calling others out when they don't name the girl...

So, it's time to quit playing the hypocrite. Name names, or quit calling others out. Originally Posted by 69er

I have always been of the mind that once you hand the money over, it's gone, there are no refunds. Your only recourse is to review and help others not make the same mistake. Using the leverage of a threat of a review to get what you want is a bit disingenuous, IMO.

Bubba, sometimes I get the feeling it upsets you when you ask a question and get an answer that isn't specifically what you want to hear. Originally Posted by TheBizz

My thoughts regarding this threAD how many times must we endure this constant poor poor pitiful me posting.

As others have said, I find it disturbing we have this recurring theme by a moderator that holds himself beyond reproach.

Fishing for sympathy from providers and an ability to chastise all that would rebut, their stance, knowing all along he will control the outcome.

Also the indication we have, the subject is a non eccie, and a non B/P gal screams as an an attempt of extortion of one that may have higher aspirations.

And to point, you want play you have to pay, put your big boy britches on, either review, alert or STFU.

Bubba just go see the girls that make it happen for you. The hobby is very YMMY. Chemistry matters. When you find the right woman, OMG.

This is the sort of situation that separates the professional providers (temperament & inclination to providing pleasure) from the type 2* (temperament & inclination to easy money). It also demonstrates the silliness of "money is for time, not for service" claim. You may not consider the money being for specific services, but it is for a service. That service includes attitude, eagerness, interest, empathy, etc. for the time agreed, regardless of any "setbacks".

If you take your car to get the tires rotated, and one of the lug nuts is frozen, a backyard mechanic will put some penetrating oil on it, and if it won't loosen, they give up. A professional mechanic will try heating it, freezing it, putting an impact tool on it, etc.

Not every nut is easy to get off. If that's your job, and you are paid for the hour, you spend the hour trying, and hope you enjoy the challenges of your work as well as the easy jobs. Professionals know many ways to get a tough nut off. (all puns intended)

As far as money back, or a make-up session, it depends. A professional provider might consider such a thing if she recalls it as an off day on her part, but that's a very subjective assessment, and your opinion may differ from hers. Also, unless she enjoys the challenge, the thought of you as a regular customer might not be the incentive you hope it is.

Type 2* don't have off days. If they showed up, they did their job. If they were on time, they nailed it.

*edited to replace original term with the more politically correct "type 2"

I once asked a provider for a discount because I have Ailurophobia, and she
had a cat in her apartment. She laughed in my face! Laughed in my face!
Then she made me lick her kitty. No discount though.

A few providers offer a satisfaction guarantee. I'll bet they will do everything in their power to make it happen. Most times it just takes an experienced provider and an attitude to do her very best.
As to the original question. No refund and move on.
If its a waste of time to you why did you even bother to respond? Can you not read either? I said it was a general nature question at this point, That if I could not work something out with the woman, I would write a review. I am asking if, especialy the providers, there are times when some kind of compensation is due the hobbiest when things dont work? Especialy when with a little more effort its very likely everything would have been fine. What part of that is not clear? Do you need it in braile?

I understand, you are bitching but not naming the provider.

Thanks to those who actualy bothered to treat this as a serious question, which it was. I dont know about some of you, but if someone takes the time to offer ways to avoid a problem in the future, or give advice of how to handle a situation, I appriciate it, even if I don't agree.

I was hoping to hear from a few more providers, but I guess, either they dont want to go on record about this kind of situation, or just dont have anything they care to share.

Thanks to those who stayed on topic.

If he were not a mod, I would bet he would be banned as A troll for his previous three post. Very
disrespectful!!!

Noticed you never bothered to answer Alecia's question - "Did you tell her upfront that it can take awhile?"
Or have you kept that little tidbit out of the "public" forums? You've been VERY open about it in the local men's locker room as well as the national men's locker room. Places the providers, in theory, can't see. Too bad for you, I CAN!

Here are two fine examples of what you should absolutely list on your P411 profile as well as letting anyone you intend to see know. That your dick does not work and it's not their fault.

""Bubba3452: See your doctor. More than one if needed. I am 56 with under a 50% success rate trying to have sex. Even the pillls stopped working. In my case, the 2ed doctor told me I was at the bottom of normal for my T count. I take 1% gel applied daily, My T count went up, I am loosing weight, feeling better, more energy, and my sex drive is far better than it has been in quite some time. Still not perfect sex performance, but huge improvment without pills.
Lots of things can cause your problem. Some doctors are more agressive than others. If one cannot help you, go to a 2ed doctor. What I dont recomend is trying "suppliments" without talking to a doc first. Depending on the root cause some can be actualy harmfull to you.""

LESS THAN 50% success rate trying to have sex. LESS THAN 50% Bubba.

Whether you told her or not really makes no difference at this point since you are already threatening a bad review for the poor chic who couldn't raise the Titanic.

Bad BAD Bubba!! Using your "power" like this is WRONG WRONG WRONG. In fact, it's abuse.

SHAME ON YOU BUBBA!! If the owners won't remove you from "power", I'll be on hand to cyberhaunt you until your reign of erectile dysfunctional tyranny is over. Unless, of course, you want to make things publicly right and retract your threats to this woman??

Really?

I don't think so.

Sometimes I just over think things. I passed my feedback to the guy who refered her to me so he could see if there was some issue. Turns out she had a root canal done the day before and just was not into it. We met again, no issues. Glad I did not just slam her in a review.
