I have a unique perspective though, if I get NC/NS I'm never going to even think about seeing her again, I don't care what excuse she gives me. It doesn't matter why it happened, it only matters that it happened. I don't care if her kid is in the ER dying, because if she thinks I'm going to trust her when she tells me that, she's got another thing coming. If she thinks I'm going to feel bad about telling everyone she NC/NS'd me even after she shows me a death certificate with a time and date on it corresponding to our appointment, she's got another thing coming.

People get all wrapped up with WHY...they need to get wrapped up with WHEN and then just move on...it's not like a single NC/NS here is going to damage anyone's business irreparably. Now when you get four or five, then it starts to hurt.
