I appreciate the feedback. I was hoping to better understand what guidelines to use before posting an ISO. I think the "neighborhood" managed to provide other opinions that could be useful in other circumstances. Just to clarify, I didn't approach a civilian and I didn't post a note asking if the hot girl at the corner dry cleaners was providing.
