When the employer mandate kicks in, they will be....big firms will be shedding the employer paid health care plan like my Newfie (Reagan).

If the workers of America want more bargaining power, they should oppose immigration of unskilled laborers. Two good things would happen:
1. WTF would have to pay more
2. Employees could demand full time work, more pay and benefits.

Still at the lowest labor force participation rate in decades, and yet the apologists for Obama think he is doing a great job..sad, if they weren't fucking up the whole country!
