A good Christmas presents, birthday presents, and just a good all time present for some of my friends who are former KCMO residents is to go around to all of the great BBQ places in our area and purchase the different BBQ sauces, put a selection of the many great sauces in a box and ship it off for with slabs from Rosedale BBQ. Most of the KC BBQ is great, take your pick of both sauces and meats.

I will admit that KC BBQ is very good but I guess it is what you grow up with. IMHO it does not beat true mesquite Texas BBQ.
