I prefer to have it placed on my fireplace or nightstand. I feel uncomfortable counting the money in front of him. I usually do this while he is getting more "comfortable". I don't count it really, I kind of thumb through it and place it out of sight. I usually have a cute container I place it in. The less we talk about money and the more we concentrate on making a connection, the better.

Having been around since 2005 and all services have been provided in a more than exceptional way, I expect it upfront. Otherwise, I don't know you from Adam. If it is our first meeting, I prefer it upfront, in a discreet way. I will never open another envelope of fake money, and if it means losing the clientele that only likes to pay at the end, I suppose it is your loss as well as mine. You might be a great guy. I prefer not to risk it.

I also understand the gentlemen who think like you do, and they can all pass me over if it is THAT big of a deal. That is kind of why reviews and boards like this exist. I've never had a problem with a provider (service) so far and I count myself lucky. I'm okay paying up front or afterwards in whichever manner works for the provider. Until I have an issue where a provider flakes, either way before/after works for me.

The provider overall is taking a larger risk than I am so I'm fair about making them as comfortable as possible.
