Brady more than likely made his preference for air pressure clear to the equipment manager well before the game. It could have been anytime during the season, hell it could have been in the preseason it doesn't matter. If a team is caught cheating, wouldn't they forfeit a game? Even if it's afterward? I think that someone alluded to this in a previous post.

If the equipment manager is honest and rats Brady out as the culprit. It will become a "he said / he said" standoff......the NFL comish can then rule "no foul"...and the Patriots get away with cheating without a penalty, again.

In the NFL you can catch the ball get tackled and never lose the ball. The ball never hits the ground. And, it is ruled an incomplete pass. I say don't even play with a football. Just use a pretend football. The NFL ultimately decides who makes it to the Super bowl anyway. $$$$
