I, too, am in the business and I previously looked at building something like this. After looking at this from all the angles I withdrew due to the legal liabilities, both on the state level and the Bigger Federal Level. Basically my well placed and well paid Criminal Defense attorney said there was no defense if it is marketed for the sole purpose of helping in an illegal act. And because of his advice, I will not even host/build websites for escorts using my own name or company resources.

The only way to do this is to market it for a non-illegal purpose and if it is getting used for illegal purposes it is out of your control. However, if you are selling this directly to Escorts you lose the "used for illegal purposes out of your control" defense. And when your computer and records get searched, where is that trail gonna lead. Domino's fall from just a little nudge.

Think about this very, very carefully. This is a cost/benefit analysis. Is the cost of you going through a prolonged criminal defense battle, and damaged reputation, worth the benefit of some limited income from escorts.

OK let the flaming begin ........ this is a worst case scenario world we are in and I fully embrace the worst case when playing in it.

I've been on eccie.net for a while now and it's a wonderful community. I've always had very positive experiences with providers and others on forums. I run my own web development company and I build mobile apps for iTunes and GooglePlay. I thought it would be great if providers could have their own apps and use them as a discreet tool to communicate with those who are in the hobby. If any providers are interested I would love to talk about it. Hell will freeze over before Apple will allow it on their app store. Suggest giving it a generic cover layer where anybody (hairdresser, RMT/LMT, personal trainer, etc) can define email, encrypted or remotely accessed client list, contact mediums, client notes, forum platform selection for integration, etc. That way you can get it listed for distribution. All he would need is a site, and maybe a QR code to download it.

What I wanted mine to be was a quick guide for regular friends to get exclusive content, make appointments, and get updates. I did consider the discretion aspect, and it was where I got hung up. I would want the functionality not to be as revealing, and would require passwords so in case the kids were looking to play Angry Birds and ran across it.
