Worried about LE... make a movie

You would think with all the Congressmen and Senators getting caught on lists of DC Madame's they would find a way to legalize it more.

Why hasn't someone made a valid argument for "Performing Arts" and "Freedom of Expression" It would have to start on a state level then move up to the federal level.

Now I think about it more, depending on locality you would probably be guilty of not getting the proper filming permits
I was just going to say that Ledge. I am pretty sure there are only certain areas within the U.S. that you are 'actually' allowed to shoot.

You can't just set up shop in Cleveland and say, "Hey, I'm going to shoot some porn today."
In most cities LE can fine /stop a production for 100's of reasons . No testing papers on site , No shooting permit ,the releases would have 2 be filled with 2 forms all info real + correct+ recorded and than you would have to keep than on file under the 2257 laws .So they can access it at any time .

It is in the classic American tradition of creatively working within the law without breaking it. I think it is actually going to be almost impossible for the government to stop it. Yes, it adds overhead to the hobbyist experience, but compared to all the screening and risks of prosecution that already had additional business expense -- this business would be aboveboard.

The upside is that once the test cases go through the courts and LE is powerless to stop it -- you've done an end run on the moralistas in our society. It may actually be the trigger that legalizes the P word.

The Canadian Supreme Court decided years ago that it is hard to distinguish legally between an escort accepting gifts for BCD time and a regular date accepting gifts for BCD time and they decriminalized it. I think most people realize that the P word was tolerated in almost all places until around the 1920s right after temperance movements had been successful in banning alcohol/gambling and women obtained the right to vote. Dallas had a red light district which operated without police interference until the temperance movement came along. But even now while alcohol is available nearly everywhere and gambling is increasingly easier to find, the oldest profession remains in the shadows with the exception of overpriced houses in certain counties of Nevada. We are saddled with the outdated morality of the 1920s and 1930s. As well as the prohibition of marijuana and cocaine which took place around the same time. It's sad that the home of the free is still so afraid to be free.

It would be easier to just plead the 5th and fight it out in court.
That may work but than you would prob be limited to girls and pay higher shooting fees , I doubt most reg providers would give any info to keep on file , most like to stay private so they wouldn't want their full name/address/ss # on file anywhere .
No these laws are just for the porn being produced for sales....what about for your own private collection? You CAN pay me to be on a private porn video for you that is not going to production...just a personal arrangment between us both. No permits...no shooting laws...

Do you have any thoughts for making a video like I've described which stays in legal bounds but keeps the actress anonymous?

I go in and out of hobbying as my needs change and the requirement for heavy screening requires that I have references in a business where the providers often don't stick around for more than 2 years. At least in the scenario I've described, you can enter and exit easily without lots and lots of checks and cross-checks and paranoia. Doesn't P411 require providers to reveal a great deal of personal information as well? And if so, it can be subpoenaed at any time. I look at the set of facts and just think that the more that providing transfers to something like I've described, the less people have to worry about being harassed. It takes us out of the darkness and into the light, so to speak.
