With all the many Rochester AMP reviews posted, thought AMPs were tolerated and allowed in AMP friendly Rochester. Buffalo was never an AMP friendly place and the few we have are lame. When some new ones here get great reviews, they usually don't last very long.

A typical Buffalo example is the foot spa on Sheridan, went there after it opened older bird but pleasant enough. Left there a satisfied customer ~ second time absolutely horrible.....
What changed in the space of 2 weeks?
