Cruis Ship free-lancing?

What about trying to set up something through the Cruse Director , or some other functionary— for the right "Tip" for him and the girl?

Few years back I saw an ad for a small ship cruise on the Caribbean. They made it obvious there would be lots of women aboard and room service was available and expected. A floating version of some of those DR vacation places. Photos were EE looking women but don't know the reality of it.
