Incall Preference: House or Apartment?

a smoke free environment that is clean is most ideal.. if I want to rinse off and the bathroom has trash everywhere and is a dump.

also I don't want to see clients leaving when I arrive or vice versa, that isn't very discreet.

really it doesn't matter if its a house or apt or hotel.. as long as its not in the middle of the hood with a bunch of pimps and drug dealers walking around.

I host in an apartment. It is expensive enough renting an apartment and a condo (wasn't comfortable hobbying were my daughter sleeps). So I can't afford renting a house just for this. The apartment is in a safe area, people walk their dogs 24/7 because nothing bad ever happens. Inside the apartment is clean, and I even purchased nice comfortable furniture to make my lovers more relaxed. I book maximum two appointments for incall in a day, and it's not back to back so guys will never see anyone leaving. On top of that, I don't attract neighbors attention because I don't host every day.

Now, when I travel my incall is a hotel. I don't host more than two guys in a day. I don't offer half hours and I encourage multiple hours by offering discounts for them. No dirty towels under the sink, no condoms in the trash. No way of knowing if you are the first or second, and I do my kegels in between.

So discretion, irreproachable hygiene and safety guaranteed.
