The crab?

Johnson is the former marathon running pot smoking governor of NM. He was the exemplar for an absentee governor. Not a bad guy, but collected the paycheck and did essentially nothing. Let the state be run by Manny Aragon, speaker of the house and a Hispanic Boss Tweed.

Lots of people have won elections with large numbers, but turned out to be pretty poor officials. Obama in 2008 for example was "well liked".

actually, they can.

the president doesn't have to sign anything. bills become law without a signature in few days.
