Having observed them in their “professional” habitat, of course; just not having had a session with them.

Met a provider at a gathering. Then was surprised when i heard a recognizeable voice in the office one day. She was seeing another person in our office (non hobby).

Not sure she knew I was there or if she just happened in via dumb luck, UT made sure I watched the schedule to make sure she did not end up on my list.
