I hate to disagree with you but her body is pretty good and her face is not the prettiest around but still an attractive woman. The apartment is old and kind of run down as you say but the room that she rents from someone else is clean and the bathroom is clean with clean towels if you need a shower before or after. You must be going to only the 5 star hotel providers that charge $500 plus per hour.
