I don't know who Helicopter is, but from reading the text exchange and then what you uncovered independently... he sounds more like a George Zimmerman-type. Totally over-exaggerating any sense of authority that he has concocted in his head.

Sadly, there are dangerously creepy assholes who selfishly use others for their own pleasure/gain without thought or remorse in almost every facet in modern society.

The nature of the hobby can bring this out in people and often makes these characters more transparent. Thankfully due to stupidity and self righteous arrogance, alot of these people also suffer from foot in mouth diseases and show their true colors with their actions and words.

Those of us with a conscious and inherent human decency know how to spot these people, avoid them like the bubonic plague and call them out so others are aware.

This guy reminds me of the (and for the life of me I cant think of his name) guy who moved to Iowa, but hooked up with one of the providers here and he used to beat her.
