With some hookers nothing is private. Just the truth.
Sadly they exist and have constant diarrhea of the mouth unlike others who treat this business as it should be treated (and let's all face the facts here people this IS a business not some dating thing) with confidentiality and respect for the gents who they earn a living off of. But they also know that without us guys they would be slinging burgers at some nasty ass fast food joint praying for some sucker to come in and be their SD (if they are under 30, over that the age is too damn old for SB potential).
As for the "attacks".. I know this is Arkansas and the state is rated number 45 (ultra low end) in education but this is a board with many different walks of life posting. Thus difference of opinions do happen. Does that make a stated opinion a personal attack? No. Unless the poster makes it personal by adding the intendeds name.
As for the Lorde cyber-stalking thing..
The law defines it as this:
Cyberstalking. Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet, email or other electronic communications to stalk, and generally refers to a pattern of threatening or malicious behaviors. Cyberstalking may be considered the most dangerous of the three types of Internet harassment, based on a posing credible threat of harm. Sanctions range from misdemeanors to felonies.
Cyberharassment. Cyberharassment differs from cyberstalking in that it may generally be defined as not involving a credible threat. Cyberharassment usually pertains to threatening or harassing email messages, instant messages, or to blog entries or websites dedicated solely to tormenting an individual. Some states approach cyberharrassment by including language addressing electronic communications in general harassment statutes, while others have created stand-alone cyberharassment statutes.
I do believe no threats of personal harm were in his opinion/attack/what ever the fuck you feel good about calling it.
And the great state of Arkansas defines it as:
§ 5-41-108. Unlawful computerized communications
A person commits the offense of unlawful computerized communications if:
With the purpose to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass another person, he sends a message to the person on an electronic mail or other computerized communication system and in that message threatens to cause physical injury to any person or damage to the property of any person; or
With the purpose to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass another person, he sends a message on an electronic mail or other computerized communication system with the reasonable expectation that the person will receive the message and in that message threatens to cause physical injury to any person or damage to the property of any person; or
With the purpose to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass another person, he sends a message to another person on an electronic mail or other computerized communication system and in that message uses any obscene, lewd, or profane language; or
With the purpose to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse, or harass another person, he sends a message on an electronic mail or other computerized communication system with the reasonable expectation that the person will receive the message and in that message uses any obscene, lewd, or profane language.
Unlawful computerized communications is a Class A misdemeanor.
My take on it is if anyone is actually being cyber-stalked please by all means call the police and make a report and agree to press charges. That is the proper way to take care of it. Not crying about it on a public message board. Just go to the police and tell them where this is happening so they can do a proper investigation. They cannot arrest you for being a monger or hooker if you are not caught in the act. But I imagine they will try and make your life a living nightmare since they are too scared to fight actual violent crime...
And hope Amy returns when all is well with her situation.
