The DA is considering other charges in the case right now. I hope that they can find something additional to charge them with. The law needs to catch up with technology.
Also, the sex of the person that he was having sex with is really irrevelant. It makes for a better news story, but this has been happening to young girls for sometime now. Several young ladies have committed suicide after naked pictures and videos of them were posted online.
