Only way I could see it working out, for the guy to assure he got what he agreed to, would be if the guy made a down payment, the lady got a loan in HER name for the surgery and the guy made the payments.
That way, if she stops keeping up with her end of the bargain, you could quit paying and it's on her.

Otherwise, what's to keep the lady from saying "I got my boobs, thanks and see ya!"??

My issue I have been working on is transparency without the parties involved being known. It can be announced here but will have to take place off site. Which a few people brought up to me the issue of it being run in an honest and up front way. That and it will take not only me but two other guys from here to judge the winner so it would be a fair competition.

The issue of the payout is the hang up right now. Sure it could be done on a prepaid credit card but those all have spending and deposit limits and fees. A money order could work but depositing one for 10k in a bank would ring some bells loudly. And I doubt the post office keeps that kind of cash around (and if they did more bells being rang). Cash is always king but how to get it to a trusted judge to doll out to the winner without knowing who said judge is or at least physical details about said judge. I do not want to infringe on another guys privacy nor have mine infringed upon.

At 4 guys that's 2350 each. It would take about 12 dates each to save up the full amount for the surgery. That's 4 months of saving.

After that, you'd only get about another 4 months "free" as repayment instead of the year because you only gave me $2350 instead of $9400.
