That wouldn't stop other people from diverting to other countries to get here. That would make it harder for the government to track who they might have came in contact with. At least if they come directly here we can quarantine and track them. Stopping flights is not going to solve the problem.

If you think you could catch ebola, then you probably think you could win the lottery.

I worry more about getting shot by the police for jaywalking then catching ebola.

Dunken was in a room with others before he was isolated none of them were infected just the nurse's who touched him or bodily fluids.

I am not worried about catching it, hell its probably safer than BCPL's blender.

Out of the 7,016 confirmed *Ebola cases there have been 3,979 deaths, including the death of Mr. Duncan in Dallas.

This current outbreak is the worst in history... so far this year there have been 4,655 case and out of those 2,431 deaths.
Prier to this year the worst reported cases was in 2000-2001 with 425 cases and 224 deaths.

*Statistics include the following viruses...
Bundibugyo virus, Ebola virus, Reston virus, Sudan virus and Taï Forest virus.

Took me a few minutes of scratching my head to figure out why the numbers were so far off from one site to the other even though they both list the same numbers up to 2012.

The numbers I provided are the confirmed cases and deaths per the CDC website.
The numbers in the WHO situation report of the Oct. 17th includes the probable and suspected numbers along with the confirmed.

Even with doubling the numbers it is still a far cry from the reported cases of Malaria deaths.
I am not too worried about it either... I doubt it very much if any mosquitoes could survive in that blender.

So my answer to the OP question is still NO it has not made me hesitate in the least, because no matter what you do, when your time is up... your time is up.
