This guy is a complete jerk. I've experienced the same issues as Selena & Kitty. Lauren @ Pink Doll House won't deal with him, either.

I confronted him about his new handle the last time he texted me & his response was, "and how did you know that?" I told him it was my business to know these things.

He's definitely hostile, like MsKitty said. During his last text-a-thon, he got pretty pissed that I wouldn't see him (or respond favorably to his bartering) and said something about how "at least he didn't have to sell ass for a living." I politely informed him that he was in a much worse position, since no one would even allow him to buy it!!! Lol

He really should be banned with that track record. He clearly has some creepy mental issues. A**hole. Plus, using that "I had a wreck" twice has the added problem of him being stupid. I've had an NCNS before (long time ago) and it's no fun but at least it didn't affect my livelihood. That's just a whole new level of twit. But, the fact that he does this all over, and is aggressive, and is using new handles indicates he's got predatory tendancies and doesn't belong in the community. Geez, just on this thread there's enough evidence to get him banned I would think. The same reports from multiple providers to be seems like that should be enough.

Is there a process for doing that?

As far as I know, the moderators cannot get involved in complaints about what happens off of the board... They can only enforce the posted rules for board participation. If he hasn't broken any rules here on Eccie, then there's really not much they can do. The multiple handle thing seems to be the best shot. However, if he disabled or guested the old handle before he invented the new one, then that's not a violation.

It looks like arkguy10 has a habit of NCNS . And is hostile he has no place in this hobby or this forum IMO.

He'll probably get a new handle, new number, and new excuses. Guys like this won't just disappear

I dont understand they need to make it as hard for the guys to get on here as it is for the girls to get on here then maybe eccie would get rid of the bad seeds
