Regarding my last review!!!
Aww really coming from u i take this as a huge compliment. And it doesnt keep me down it just made me have to start posting more on bp again. I put some of those pics here on eccie as well.
May have to see if I can get her hips moving!! She moves me.
Lindsey, don't worry too much about one negative review. Sometimes it just wasn't a good match for a client's needs or expectations. I do understand how you could be frustrated if you felt like he expected something that wasn't explained to you. If a guy is looking for dominant and aggressive, he should probably let you know this. As you stated, you can't read minds.
However, he may have other reasons that resulted in him choosing to give a NO recommendation. I can't divulge the ROS information in the review, but he stated a couple things that he felt could be improved. You could ask him directly if you would like to address it. I'm not sure why he left you thinking that he was overly satisfied if he wasn't, but it's just one opinion. He would do all of us a disservice if he didn't post his true opinion, but it takes more than one negative review to ruin your business. Just try to learn from it if you can and move on. One client's "no" can be another's "ATF".
Thanks for the advice. One thing that kind of does irritate me is that we cant see the ROS of our own reviews you know. So we dont know if the client is telling the truth or what they feel we could do better on.
