I would be more concerned with having oral sex with a provider than some bare backing. Both are an exchange of body fluids you know.

The greatest risk during oral sex is if there is a cut or lesion in the oral area, creating an entry point for transmission. Otherwise proper mouthwash/not brushing teeth before/after as preventative measures... & stomach acid generally kills the rest.
People generally know if they have a cut in their own mouth. In those circumstances, avoiding oral until it heals is probably a good idea.
