What does a regular mean to you?

A regular to me means that I see you 2-3 times per month. Usually with someone I see that often we may hang out or have dinner from time to time.

That kind of chemistry is hard to find but it happens.

But the ladies I see on a regular basis are the ones I have a chemistry connection with. It is rare in the Real World, and even more so in the hobby, but it does happen. As far as references? I reckon that's human nature... First girl is threatened by second girl, whether she's younger/prettier, offers other menu items, whatever the reason. But you can't fake or buy that chemistry connection. And that's what will always bring me back.
As a client, as long as I show up clean and behave as a gentleman, I expect a provider to give a reference of our time together. That is part of the service after all.

Still looking for a regular provider, but I'm feeling too picky, I feel like I have to land the right one! Thanks for all the responses. I really do enjoy reading everyone's point of view. Its kind of why I like this place, no one is ever scared to say exactly what they think or how they feel about certain topics that may or may not pertain to them.
I do agree with Sexy Katrina, it is pretty cunty to withhold references, but citizen44 I wouldn't feel comfortable blasting the cunts on the public form just because their provider work ethic is amateur like and behavior seems as if they are either insecure or just unaware of how things work in this world. In a perfect world all men who hobby would have P411. But here we are. Its fine no one has to out the simple minded people publicly. Its so funny because some clients occasionally ask what did their references say about them. So when they ask I do tell them. Usually not details if any, but I do say "they had nothing but good things to say about you". Or I will point blank say "______ and _____ didn't bother responding to me". Just so they know who not to use as a reference in the future.
Just like the men have a TDL, most providers have a DNS list, I invented a FTCL.(Fuck that cunt list). If I reached out to any lady who decides to ignore a screening pm then it is noted. If a potential client uses me as a reference on a list of 3 or more I hope the other ladies will be helpful.
Typically I am very helpful when it comes to people playing safe. Mainly because no one helped me out when I started and to many unfortunate things came to pass.
My point is when getting an email or pm for screening and verifying a client I treat it just as I would an appointment request. I answer as fast as life allows. If I'm busy it might take an hour or two but usually within 10 -20 min. Anyone who has tried to schedule with me knows that my TCB skill are anything but nonexistent. It just sucks that not everyone has that same common courtesy.

HINT: for the insecure providers who don't answer references for whatever your reason. You can and should make some sort of rule that says if your past clients haven't seen you in ___amount of time period they can't use you as a reference.

#1 Your clients know for a fact they can count on you for a reference when needed. (clients love consistency)
#2 when that time period expires they know they have to make an appointment with you again to be able to benefit from your consistency. (Win Win)

I really don't know what you mean by that question. My DNS list is very accurate. If you are on it you are on it for a reason. References, are helpful I would say accurate as well, if a lady says he is good to go, nice guy blah blah blah and I go through with the appointment and come out of it without any issues.
As for reviews, I really don't know how accurate the reviews are. Obviously I would have no way of knowing how accurate the truthful reviews are.
I do think if a lady has nothing but good things said about her not all reviews can't be inaccurate.
And just because I guy writes a review on a lady some ladies don't even notice reviews, and often times some won't remember the guy in question. I have had ladies tell me "I seen the review on me but I don't remember him". Which is why some providers will ask for some sort of detail of the session when verifying a past client.

Hell a moderator just outright said he should be getting more for the dollar if he is your regular . There are many of us gents with both the $ budget and the time budget who play multiple times per month. Sometimes with one or two ladies; sometimes with more than a few.

Lets face the fact that imo most guys are horndawgs who will play as often as possible with as many different ladies as possible. It's in our nature.

Many of us will post an initial review of a first encounter, maybe a second review 6 to 12 months later. And, in between those see many others who we have reviewed back when.

What's a regular? To this gent, she's a lady with whom I have a certain amount of chemistry, but I don't return so often that our chemistry becomes something deeper, such as a more personal relationship. Regular might be, for me, every couple of weeks or months. Might be rack rate or grandfathered rate. Just because I've had the same dentist for 20 years, I certainly don't expect a grandfathered or discounted rate!
