Im visiting up North right now! Lots of snow and Brrrr its cold
Seeing family and friends and enjoying a white Christmas is what I enjoy.
Its just not christmas without snow for me

But I am glad to reurn to the mild temps of New Orleans when its over.

My holiday plans are to cook and chill out with a few family members and friends.

My X-Mas menu will include a Caribbean style pork roast, Cajun style duck, stuffed bellpeppers, oyster dressing, potatoe salad, gumbo and sweet potatoe pie!

I've been on a diet for two weeks now; however, I already knew I don't have the willpower not to spluge for the holidays. X-Mas is my favorite holiday!

Season Greeting to All of U!

Celebrated in a ritual with the coven Sat night. Greeted the Solstice sun this morning with a moment of meditation and reflection. We do a secular Santa-Xmas for our daughter so she doesn't miss out and feel alienated from the 'muggles'.. baking a ham and all the goodness, etc, etc.. likely catching a movie later in the afternoon Sat because its easier to get a good seat.

I started a new tradition this year- Do all of my Christmas shopping early, then the week of Christmas do a lot of hobbying. When she asks where are you going, why Christmas shopping of course, LOL!
