One time I saw a new provider and gave her the amount stated on p411 when she counted it she said that no longer applies.... so I settled but never went back.

Another time I was accused of taking the envelope back while the tired girl was in the bathroom.. she was a little out of it....I had to show her where she put it and the tip she was hiding from the agency.

Envelopes are the preferred method the thieves use to deceive the ladies.

Hoping. I am, that the UTR didn't just call the numbers the jerk gave her without the UTR verifying somehow that the numbers were tied to real providers.

And how did those providers know that the UTR is for real?

Most provider I know won't talk shop on the phone with anyone they don't know w/o checking them out first.

UTR would be better off getting a handle here, keeping it on the DL, and maybe that way she could communicate with known providers.

And, of course, there are a few better ways to meet prospective clients (hint, hint, see my signature).
