I think they are overloading the server data / transfer rates, with advertising ads, gifs, pop ups, etc. that have to load before the forums will load!!!

Yes, it has been server software updates causing the recent problems. Those issues have been resolved. As always, if you find a "glitch" or encounter a site issue, contact staff so it can be looked into

ECCIE switched over to a cloud based format and there have been issues ever since.
