Excellent customer service pays off. This is just one example. If you don't have anything booked, and he's not any trouble, why not? It's not trouble to you and apparently means a great deal to him. This is how good business people build loyalty.
Now, just have a cool glass of water on hand for when he wakes up -- or a nice glass of grapefruit juice -- and a snack packed for him when he leaves, and he'll put you in his will, as CPI says.
