And if you are referring to me I am sorry that happened and I always keep my word and make it up it could of been a good explanation to it

And saying that "I am sorry that happened" is not an apology...which would go something like this: "Satyrrical, I can't keep the appointment that you arranged with me, I apologize and will make it up to you." You should have contacted him to him to let him know-not the other way around.
