A few ideas.

First find providers that you are interested in and really feel the urge to meet. Do some research on them, don't just go by their pictures. Look at their reviews, their board posts, and carefully read their advertisements and websites. While you are looking for interesting providers make sure to pay attention to their screening requirements. If they have a website, most will list their required information on it. If they are a heavy screener its often mentioned in the reviews. Spend a little money on your research and pay for premium membership here and TER so you are able to read the full reviews.

Second, take some time and think about what you are comfortable with as far as screening. Then match that up with the screening requirements of the ladies you are interested in meeting. There is no use contacting a provider who is going to want more screening information than you are willing to give.
