My wife had hers done about 9 years ago, and hers look and feel totally real. I highly recommend it (just wish I had a little more access to them)! Just do'nt go too small--if you're debating between two sizes, go with the bigger size. So many women have this done and then, though they love them, they regret that they didn't go a little bigger.
