I am not avoiding the issue. If we can establish definitively that the information came from the ML and if she does not identify her source then yes, she will be gone. If she does identify her source then the both of them will be gone.

Don't get this confused...I have NEVER EVER had access to the LR other then when this link went around.I have never leaked anything in my life and never would and I am sure I was wrong to send that pm it was a weak moment during a already horrible day.

No one is disciplined or banned because they know things that they should not have access to. They are disciplined when they act on that information and seek out the original poster of said info and let them know that they know things that they should not know. Everyone is aware that there are many ways to gain the knowledge. It would be best however kept to oneself.

I am so new here and certainty dont want to make any enemies... But am I the only one who thinks this is all a bit like middle school? rules are posted.... and this particular subject has illicited many warnings and I don't think warnings are being issued in these cases.... people are getting banned...

This provides the guidelines for conduct on the Board. I realizethat some of this seems juvenile at first, but once you have been here for a while, you will begin to understand. Any civilized (and i use the term loosley) has rules to prevent anarchy (WELL AT LEAST WE CAN SAY WE TRIED!!!). let me know if I can help with other questions.
