So I've been in a couple of groups that do this, civilian and hobby. Basically you have one guy who keeps a big mailing list and sends out notices when a girl says she's interested. The list is updated as new guys are added and if someone no shows they get dropped from the list. Amazing how many guys act all interested and then don't show.
