Why should UNT get all the credit? Drive 3 miles east on University to TWU and experience the shock and horror of that campus' dorms.
I did that in the late 1970's and ran away, never to go back! Then, instead, the cute little houses in that area of town provided a lot of opportunities for young men with some free cash in those days.
