The First having to do with Providers feeling obligated to defend or refute a "not so glowing review".
The second and more important in my mind is this point:
Just how the hell are providers defending information contained in "The Rest of the Story" and not in the public portions of the review?All of the comments have addressed the right to defend or dispute.
None of the comments have addressed the "provider defending information contained in "The Rest of the Story"".
Just my opinion.
