I am confused on the Threesome possibilities

One thing to try if you are with multiple ladies is using female condoms. If each of the ladies uses a female condom, then you don't have to swap condoms when you swap ladies. It is really awesome, although I guess they would make things a bit awkward if the ladies wanted to go down on each other. They'd have to kind of push the ring out of the way ("eat around it!").
