There is never a time for a guy to harass a woman or grab her or make crude comments. However, when it does happen the appropriate time to say something is right then. The sad thing is at the same time we are loosing our ability to tease and interact with the opposite sex, something that was part of growing up and part of the "hunt" Hell I had my junk grabbed many times in the OR by some of the cutest nurses. Even had one pull my scrubs to the ground after I was scrubbed in on a case.

This country has become hypersensitive with entitlement.
