Mexicans don't flush toilet paper in America

Toilet paper is okay to flush in a sewer system, not in septic. “Flushable” wipes are a huge problem in SA and our sewer system is in major disrepair. The EPA actually sued SAWS a few years ago and is forcing them to spend capital to make needed repairs. Clogged sewer pipes lead to cracks and infiltration which can eventually lead to erosion/voids and sink holes. Just last year someone in SA drove into a sink hole that was caused by a sewer collapse and died. People should really be more aware of what they flush. Condoms are not okay either, they should be wrapped in TP and thrown in the trash if you’re worried about the optics of a discarded rubber. We all have an out-of-sight our-of-mind attitude with our flushable waste and just expect it to be taken care of. Most of human history and most people on the planet today are responsible for their own waste products.

I don't agree with anyone leaving a mess at any establishment, regardless of what race did it. Being Mexican myself, I was brought up to be clean and respectful towards any place I go to.

However, I've been in areas where other races made a mess, and I just thought those particular individuals need to do better. Never did I blame it on an entire group of people.

So classless and ignorant to put blame on an entire group, and then post about it as if Mexican people aren't a part of this Eccie community.

Yes, I've met people of my own race that revolt me in their ways because they aren't considerate of others, and I'd address them if I saw something in person.

Just want to make it clear, we have unexcusable behavior coming from every race. I would have felt the same way against this point of view if it was against any particular group.

I was at la fiesta supermercado in Austin. The wastebasket was full of used toilet paper. Why not just have a sign, in Spanish of course, to get em to flush?

Mojados throwing shitty toilet paper around isn't the problem, the problem is people like me who don't like shitty toilet paper being thrown around. Political correctness is out of control.

No Gabe Horn, I am not so used to seeing toilet paper on the floor, nor will I ever think it is okay to do that, and personally, I rather not see a trash can full of shitty paper.

If an establishment isn't sanitary, then I won't revisit that place, nor spend money there, etc.

Since some of you feel so passionate about this subject, then go do something about it. Complaining on an escort board won't get you far on this issue, it just shows people complaining and doing nothing to resolve the matter.

Proof would be scientific research. Hanging out in public restrooms to determine who throws used toilet paper on the floor. Then determine those individual's country of origin. Then keep up with the used toilet paper count on the floor so you do not skew your poll results (better yet, clean it up after each offender throws it on the floor) and I can't think of better researchers/janitors than you GH and the OP (if you are not one in the same).
