NZ is fine, but there just isn't that much selection, as it is a small country with not much tourism.
If you are willing to go that far, just a couple hours more, it is also legal in Australia, and selection there is much better. Prices are also a bit higher too (I remember in NZ being around $200 US for top-notch quality).
But among all of the countries where you can have fun, Brazil is by far the best.
