Setting up a computer to use for the hobby

It appears to me that each response to Redwolf's question has accomplished no less than informing LE exactly why you think your system or safegaurds are secure, and given them direction to focus efforts to overcome if the protections weren't transparent to them already.

There are Linux operating systems that are installed on a CD. You boot your computer to the CD and have your fun. Pull the CD and restart the computer and no one is the wiser.
