Just agree to be there at the same time, make contact via text and then flirt. The ladies walking by , splashing around in their wet bathing suits, the guys eyeing them slyly through their shades.
Making striking up a conversation in a way that looks like a spontaneous encounter. After a bit of chat, they leave separately and meet up again elsewhere.

longview lake has or had a swimming area. But i gotta say ...party cove. you will need a boat of some sort to get any play. Get enough guys to split the boat costs or find someone going there.

My option would be for some guys to come together and pool their black books and swap out your old g/f's or get some wingman plans going
