Hands on Wellness, tread lightly

U can look it up and verify what has been stated
So where did you get the following information from?

License: Not Licensed Date: 6/25/2019

Respondent is assessed an administrative penalty in the amount of $3,750.

Respondent allowed individuals to engage in sexual contact in the massage establishment.
I’m sure her license is non renewable and the wheels are in motion to not allow renewal.

Tdlr
It’s on their website
Please provide the link from TDLR
U can look it up urself, I will not. Apparently it lists her true identity
Never mind I got it. Complaint # MAS20190007708
Could have been a result of this yelp review, I was trying to piece things together and read some juicy gossip.

The key in some towns has been not to advertise “massage”...get an adult entertainment license for “body rub”....and have signs all over the place stating not professional massage... Originally Posted by MYQUEST

Zoning restrictions for adult entertainment businesses are tough to overcome in most cities. That is why we see them clumped together in ampville.

Not to mention, most landlords won't lease to them.

And, TDLR classifies the phrase "body rub" as massage therapy. There are a whole list of words and phrases that individuals cannot use in advertising unless they are licensed.

The trouble begins at home. I'd guess the complaints from the tenants became overbearing to TDLR and Plano LE.

Again, this is why Mapleshade has it made in the shade. Most likely they own their building and it only has one other shady tenant.

Undercovers must be popping up on these places regularly.
It definitely has other SubAMPs on alert. I have a location I have established a close relationship with over the past year where I have left extremely happy on just about every visit and the owner recently mentioned all the recent TDLR actions nearby shops had faced. She attributed it to guys either leaving detailed reviews or complaints by guys who did not get a level of service they read about in a review.

Hands On - I was waiting for the hammer to fall on this one. I visited a few times, had decent experiences but was always tired of the negotiating/upsell. They just seemed so aggressive and greedy. I stopped going after I ran into two hobbyists while leaving on my last visit and then watching a third walk in as I pulled out of the parking spot. It was just too much traffic for the location.

Reviews have been around forever, as have sub-amps. TDLR only takes action when they receive a complaint and open an investigation which takes a long, long time.

I can't see John going home pissed and sending a complaint into TDLR.
