Question about safety

interesting, so I had always imagined that there would be enough warning of people coming in that I could get face down on the table and from there I'm playing dumb. No officer I did a google search for spa, been a crappy week and this place came up - did I do something wrong? I've only been a couple times in my life to a spa and they all seem a little odd to me. I’m still wondering how these alleged officers get into the locked room?

OP did say caught with your pants down. If they walk in and you're naked and she's naked and money is on the counter and condoms are in the room you're taking a ride downtown.

Bingo you're going downtown as they just witnessed a misdemeanor in the act. Originally Posted by twitch760

To clarify: As the OP, the expression used “caught with your pants down” was not meant to be taken that literally, even though it could be exactly what happens. It was meant as the expression “caught red handed” (obviously your hands will not literally turn red). It really meant to be in an embarrassing or awkward situation as the ones described by posters in this thread. IMO, no matter what degree of activity I am involved in, if a raid occurs while in there, “ I’ve been caught with my pants down” -so to speak. Thank you for all the input.
It also depends on the warrant. If the warrant is for evidence of prostitution and they find the various “tools of the trade” in the room, you’re probably taking a ride. Originally Posted by cjoll

It is called "Manifestation of Prostitution". I got one of those pulling into a motel at 635 and 75 years ago. The lady and I got out, and I had condoms in my hand. The cop had followed me in, I didn't see the plain clothes car. I was issued a ticket and I took my own ride home. Went to court hoping LE would not show up: he did. The ticket fee was $450. That was a reduced figure when my attorney who didn't know me from Adam told the judge what a stand-up guy I was. It might have been around $800 or more.

Still no explanation about how the police get into the room if the door is locked.

Don’t play in the shower if it is down the hallway and only has a curtain. Don’t play unless you can lock the door.

They can break down a door for a misdemeanor?

What additional charges would be added?
Some of you Boys have some wild imaginations. You people too scared, let the Men play while you doing Bingo at the Veteran's Rec Center.
I remember when they busted Jerry Rice, the hall of fame receiver for the 49er's. They raided a spa south of San Francisco and found him hiding in a closet. He claimed he was there for a deep tissue massage. Laughed my ass off.
