Here's a fun excercise: find a former Outhouse dancer at a KC area club (not hard to do). Ask the dancer about the Outhouse's history of firing multiple dancers at once...get the dancer's opinion on why the owner has done this. Responses from dancers will be amusing and amazingly consistent.
