Exactly! My intentions in posting this experience was to simply warn others. I am not, and was not, trying to ruin her reputation. I have no reason to doubt that she needed the money, probably to get to Wichita. However, what ever the circumstances were in her R/L does not make it okay to use people as an ATM. While I and others may appreciate your input, I think its important to understand that none of these things happen in a vacuum. The current trend of deposits, and extreme personal screening and the scams that are involved with some of this activity, have cast a shadow over interactions between the sexes. While the ladies are of course concerned with their safety, so are the gents, and there have been too many cases of deposits not delivered on, etc... that the gents are wary and with good reason. Extremely well put. I am very very wary of everyone I deal with in the current environment. You never know what type of scam or robbery (armed or otherwise) is awaiting you when seeing a woman for the first few times.

So sorry that happened. Booo :-(. It makes things difficult for other ladies that are trying to gauge interest and sincere meetings via deposit. I know everyone can be Leary now (rightfully so). I’d never have a problem giving a deposit to Dallas or YD, I think it just depends on the reputation status of a lady. I hope things work out for everyone here.
