That literally was his whole presidency, this man had two years of holding the senate and the house, and still couldn't pass legislation, he only focused on lowering the corporate tax rate and removing the wealthy tax on obamacare. His other priorities were to just undo everything Obama did, including getting our budget balanced. He left office with a budget deficit of 550M and was improving it year after year.....

It's just such a path of deliberate resistance that I have a hard time understanding it.
