The name of the business is called Perky Cups. It's off 529 and Eldridge. Shitty drinks and the girls there are dressed half naked. Guys go in there all rocked up thinking they have a chance. I don't think that place is going to last because the time I drove by with a client when I was passing through Houston, there were no cars there.
