infrastructure bill traitors

This is why it's a BIG win for sleepy Joe. AOC and five other squad members voted no because they wanted both bills to be put up for a vote at the same time. Originally Posted by adav8s28

And Alaska always gets more than its share of pork.

It's too early to know how this will turn out. I hope the progressives are right. Now that Manchin, Sinema, and House Democratic moderates got the infrastructure bill they wanted, maybe they won't pass the Build Back Better Bill. Not likely, but who knows.

I bet this is like the SALT thing -- probably the infrastructure spending will benefit blue states more. So the blue state Republicans had more motivation to vote for it, not to mention that if they're in competitive districts, their show of "bipartisanship" may help them next year in elections.
If you say so ob1. Hopefully you will calm down and stay on topic and stop freaking out and realize it's about infrastructure that Biden passed in 10 months and trumpy couldn't pass in 4 corrupt yearz. Hope you can settle down b4 you have a strokey lol n omg n wtf

Yes I did say so dah

There will be elections.

Register to vote now. Get together whatever ID papers you need and get that done. Be sure of your voting place, the location may change from year to year. Vote in the primaries, this is as important as showing up on election day. Vote in the local elections for school board and city council etc. This is often where professional politicians get their start. Local elections prime the pump and are farm league tryouts for higher office. Weed out the bums early.
it once was my judgment to never vote for an incumbent

VOTE HARDER, GUYS!
IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE when they close the polls and are still counting votes weeks later and there are no ways to validate mail-in ballots
