I was going to state that it is over an hour’s drive but if he goes outside of rush hour then he might make it in 45 minutes, assuming BW8 to beechnut and the baling wire and extra coolant bottle hold out. Stop deflecting. Those of us who live here know exactly where this is and anyone with a map can find it. The address as was given is perfectly fine. You'd have to be blind to miss it.
